Flat bases are fitted with either a swivel-mount to allow the flags to rotate in the breeze, or a solid mounting point.
Type A: Mild Steel construction, Chrome Silver finish
Type B: Mild Steel construction, Black or Grey powder coat finish
Type C: Mild Steel construction, Grey powder coat finish
